Deputies arrested a 14-year-old girl on Friday night after a Martin County Sheriff’s Office helicopter caught her burglarizing multiple cars in a Martin County neighbourhood.
Mirla Kroll is being charged as a grown-up on lawful offence accusations of thievery and burglary, as indicated by the Martin County Sheriff’s Office.
Footage from the helicopter shows Kroll, checking for unlocked cars in the residential neighbourhood of Shore Terrace and burglarizing the vehicles, according to the Sherriff’s office. Deputies said they were watching the territory with the helicopter subsequent to getting reports of a female criminal the prior night.
Footage showed a female juvenile accompanied Kroll to the neighbourhood during the incident, but “remained in the street,” according to the Sherriff’s office. That adolescent was not captured or charged, but rather delegates advised her folks.
