WEST PALM BEACH, FL – – Today the 4th District of Appeals in South Florida reversed the conviction for our client, and ruled in favor of our Constitutional rights.
Thanks to Attorney Tesh’s hard work and appellate skills, he was able to file an appeal and get a discharge for our client’s charges based on a motion to suppress hearing that Attorney Grey Tesh and Attorney Hector Allan Rivera did last year on this very case. Attorney Rivera argued the “staleness” (time frame of consent was over 3 years ago by a prior owner of the house in questions) of the consent given in the case ended up being a deciding issue for the appellate court.
