According to the USCIS update given on January 13th, 2018 DACA submission are being accepted by USCIS.  In September of 2017, the DACA program was rescinded by President Trump.

The rules and laws for the program haven’t been modified. An equivalent eligibility applies to the DACA program that was intact before its termination in September of 2017.

If you had received DACA and your DACA terminated before Sept. 5, 2016, or your DACA was terminated before at any time, you can’t request DACA as a renewal (because renewal requests generally should be submitted at intervals of one year of the expiration date of your last term of delayed action approved under DACA). However,  you might nevertheless file a brand new initial DACA request in accordance with applications I-821D and I-765 directions.
